Kickboxing X is our specialty at HB Fight Club. We use interval training—3 minutes of stretching, mobility training, and body weight calisthenics followed by 1 minute of rest—to burn calories, improve cardiovascular health, and strengthen the entire body. In addition to providing a great workout, Kickboxing X also teaches you the proper forms and techniques of the real martial art. Our classes are all taught by professional MMA fighters with extensive in-ring experience.
