   I am the founder and head trainer of HB Fight Club. I have been competing  in all facets of martial arts since 1994, was an all state high school athlete and continued on to excell in the collegiate circuit. In 2007 I began competing professionally in MMA and boxing. My career brought me many opportunities to fight all over the world as well as for prestigious organizations such as Bellator. I have been fortunate enough to train alongside and help coach many top UFC competitors and title holders.  My expertise in conditioning and striking gives these top level athletes the edge they need to preform at the highest level.

   HB Fight Club is not a program limited to martial arts enthusiasts and has proven useful in helping individuals reach their diverse goals. Over the years I have developed a program that uses the martial arts style of training with traditional weight lifting which has been very effective for weight loss, body recomposition, and preformance.

Hello everyone my name is Kris Law and I’m a personal trainer/ Instructor for HB Fight Club. I assist with the Rocksteady boxing therapy program, and our new Boxing therapy class suited for kids and people with special needs. I currently work as a Behavioral Therapist for the Garden Grove School District and trained as an R.B.T. (Registered Behavior Technician) I’m also an active and competitive mixed martial arts fighter and have been trained and equipped with the appropriate skills to help deliver a fun filled calorie burning workout. My goal is to simply be of service, whenever and however I can. I understand that everyone is on their own journey and fighting their own battles, I’m jus here to help fight back. H.B Fight Club!

As a fitness professional, my training philosophy is to teach my clients how to better understand their bodies through nutrition and exercise.  My areas of expertise include nutrition, physique training, and glute/lower body development . Through years of training in the sport of bodybuilding I have climbed the ranks as a top level ammature and earned my qualification as a Professional in the largest and most prestigious  bodybuilding organization in the world, the IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding). Ultimately my goal is to use the knowledge I’ve gained to teach my clients lasting lifestyle changes that they can take with them for the rest of their life.  The goal is to be happy and healthy; to look better and more importantly feel better as a result of effective training methods and consistency.  I specialize in training women with an emphasis of creating a balanced upper and lower body; however my techniques and methods are highly effective for male clients who are interested in buildig a dominant and powerful lower body.
